Much of our fear about death is rooted in delusions and distorted ways of looking at life and the world around us. Generally, our fear of death is an unrealistic fear. Perhaps the best way to overcome the fear of death is to remember that our present physical life had a beginning. There was a time when we were not on Earth in these physical bodies, and there will be a time when we shall return to a non-physical state of being. The rational mind has difficulty believing that any reality other than the third dimensional world of time and space, in which we currently live, could possibly exist.
There is no real separation between the physical and non-physical realms. The separation seems real because there is a very thin veil (i.e.: our skin and physical body) between the two realms that dims our ability to interact with those in other dimensions. But more than the physical sense of separation, we limit ourselves with the false belief that we have only five senses with which to explore and experience life. This belief hinders us from accepting what our inner knowing tells us is true. We are multi-sensory spiritual creatures able to sense the presence and energy of non-physical beings. We also exist in other dimensions besides this 3-D earth plane. Haven’t you ever had a dream that was so intense, you couldn’t believe it was just a dream?
What do you believe about the Afterlife? Are you afraid of dying? Those who have had a near-death experience report there is no judgment-only love in the afterlife. Even those who had a negative experience in the episode, come back changed and more aware of their purpose for being here.

Some people get confused by the term “edible fruit basket.” They think that the basket itself is edible – and in some cases they are correct. There are types of edible fruit baskets where the basket is weaved out of soft edible grasses or noodles and even coated, sometimes, with chocolate or other spreads to make them more palatable. Granted, this type of basket is usually only offered in certain countries of Southeast Asia and does not account for the confusion here in America regarding the phrase, but it does lend some mystery to the term.
In general, edible fruit baskets are built around food themes to make them more attractive to the public. For example, certain edible fruit baskets contain a selection of organic fruit, combined with small amounts of organic nuts and candies. Others concentrate on foods from certain areas of the world such as France, Italy or China. Whatever can be combined into one edible fruit basket and be thought of as a special treat will be made available to a public willing to try them. The single most popular edible fruit basket today has to do with health. Packed with perfect fresh organic fruit, granola, nuts, raisins, sugar-free candy, trail mix and a bounty of other items all created from the prospective of eating healthy foods, this edible fruit basket outsells all other edible fruit baskets almost three-to-one.

Did you know that Thomas A. Edison discovered 1,500 ways NOT to make an electric light bulb? Do you remember some local politician by the name of Abraham Lincoln, who lost several state elections before being elected President? And what about Michael Jordan, who was cut from his high school varsity basketball team his sophomore year? These are some real life examples that the true measure of a person is not that you fail at an endeavor, but what you do after that failure.
As I reflect back over my professional career that began in 1970 and my years in private consulting practices as a business consultant since 1982, I see real confirmation in the belief that life’s blunders teach us lessons and how to recover. And being willing to fail can provide real benefits to your business. You may recall a famous quote from IBM’s Thomas Watson, Sr., “The fastest way to success is to double your failure rate.” Or another quote from Rob Goldberg, CEO of Plump Jack, “People who don’t fail on a daily basis are not innovating, and my guess is their businesses are not growing that fast.” This seems to be just the opposite of more prevalent conventional thinking in business today.
In my consulting and coaching work, I urge clients to look for positive things even when disastrous things occur. I ask them to identify the lesson(s) learned from the failure and to point out the value gained from the risks taken. Yes, failures happen every day and it does hurt. My observation is that just when you are feeling at your lowest, that is the time to remind yourself that life and business lessons are usually learned from a view at the bottom. It will take courage to understand why you failed and also some solid thinking to make sure the same failure does not happen again.
Although nobody wants to be a failure, it can be said that there’s no better education for an entrepreneur than failure. Even people who go to the most elite business schools in the world do not get their real education there. What they get there is the opportunity to build relationships. Going through an entrepreneurial startup is what teaches you to have whatever it takes to get through whatever you need to go through to build a business.
What lessons are learned by failure? Here are a few.
+ How costly it is if you take yourself out of the business. If you fail, you have to bounce back.??
+ If you fail once, you need to get back up and try again. Unfortunately, human beings tend to take something from the past, try it and see it did not work, and then start believing their chance of success is greatly diminished.
+ The biggest hurdle to bouncing back from failure is self-doubt. The biggest hurdles for success are internal and ones we create.
+ When experiencing failure, remember why you started your business, because your passion for your business and its success will help see you through failure.
+ Failure does not automatically mean you must or should close your business. You will have setbacks and the challenge will be to get beyond those situations.

If you are thinking about entering into a co-buying relationship you may find the following advice useful. It is advisable to draw up a contract, either with a solicitor or you can do it yourselves. Discuss in detail what you are looking to gain from the arrangement, how long you are looking to own the property for and what your plans for the future are. When starting the house buying process it is important to agree on how the costs; legal fees, mortgage arrangement fees and survey cost will be split, this will hopefully reduce stress and save time in the long run. You will also need a Declaration, or Deed of Trust to co-buy. The document is signed when contracts are exchanged. It sets out the legal rights on the property; the percentage each buyer owns on the property and how the costs of ownership are split and how the relationship will end.
When starting your search for a home using an online property search engine can be effective and time efficient way of finding the types of property that you’d be interested in and ultimately viewing.
Keep in mind your budget from the outset, and of course, remember to consult with a mortgage broker or lender to discover how much you can afford to borrow and repay, they’ll also be able to find you the best possible mortgage deal that suits your needs. When discussing your budget you’ll need to be clear if they’ll be a deposit involved and how much you and your co-buyers can afford to contribute. If there is no deposit, you’ll still be able to buy, but will need to seek out a 100% mortgage deal, or being ’shared buyers’, some mortgage lenders now offer specific ‘multiple buyers’ or ’shared ownership’ mortgages.
Co-buying is becoming increasingly popular for young first-time buyers eager to get on the property ladder but is also being used by private investors looking to start a buy-to-let portfolio and overseas buyers looking for a holiday home abroad.

This is done because there are no u.v rays during this time. A man by the name of Hira Ratan Manek has brought this practice to the main stream. The process starts with 10 seconds and the time frame is increased by 10 seconds each day up until you are doing it for 44 minutes straight. Everything we eat is energized by the sun. The question that is posed by HRM and many who engage in sungazing what about a direct source.
What if we could get our energy directly from the sunlight. Through sungazing it is believed that we can we energize our bodies and reawaken our chakras or energy sources. Sungazing is also believed to improve the flow of chi through our bodies. Hira Ratan Manek is available to be contacted through his website. To negate this as quackery, should be done. I’ve always believed in acknowledging the beliefs of an individual that challenges the mass perception; Hira Ratan Manek does just that.
My Personal Experience
I personally do the sungazing program and am experiencing benefits. I can only speak from personal experience but what I’ve noticed most of all is an increased overall well-being. I recommend a timer if you decide to do the program. I started by counting in my head which took away from the program.

In 2006 the monthly premium for Medicare Part B is $88.50. For some folks this is downright expensive. If you have other health insurance coverage there are certain situations where you can drop Part B and re-join later with no penalty. If you do not meet the requirements for this special enrollment and your State will not pay the premium for you, declining the coverage may be your budget’s only option.
If you are covered by a group health plan that is due to your spouse’s employment you can decline Medicare Part B and get back in when your spouse retires with no penalty. The only catch is that your group health plan must be due to current employment; a group health plan that is due to a retirement plan will not cut it. If you have a group health plan due to employment you qualify for “Special Enrollment” for Medicare Part B at any time.
If you do not meet the requirements for “Special Enrollment” you can only get back into Medicare Part B during the “General Enrollment” period. General Enrollment is January through March of each year, and your Part B coverage will not start until July. If you get back into Medicare Part B during the General Enrollment period, Social Security will most likely charge you a “Premium Surcharge Penalty” on your Medicare Part B premiums. This penalty is an additional 10% of the base premium amount for each year that you were not covered by Medicare Part B.
The answer to the question “Can I decline Medicare Part B?” is ultimately yes; however, there may be unpleasant financial consequences later on if you do this. To learn more about your Medicare coverage and Social Security benefits, visit the website “Social Security Laid Bare” using the links below.
